Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Nashville Automation Group website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
Nashville Automation Group provides AI integration and automation consulting services for local businesses. Our services include workflow audits, one-time AI automation builds, and ongoing monthly support. All paid engagements are governed by a separate Project Agreement.
Client Portal
Access to the client portal is provided to active clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the automations and systems we build for your business. Nashville Automation Group retains the right to use general methodologies and techniques across client engagements. We will never share your proprietary business information with other clients.
Limitation of Liability
Nashville Automation Group's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the AI tools we configure.
